Bio

I'm currently a Ph.D student at Goldsmiths, University of London, working in the Intelligent Sound and Music Systems research group in the Computing department on a project called Purcell Plus. My formal background is in musicology and the P+ project and my Ph.D research are in applying e-Science (the current buzz word for research-enabling technologies) techniques in musicological research.

My first degree and my masters were both in music at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, UK. I can be a bit geeky: I use Debian and Emacs a lot, I do quite a bit of Python programming and am currently experimenting with Common Lisp hacking.
